Have you ever wanted to wear something like you see on the fashion shows? To have a special detail that makes you different yet very fashionable and trendy?

That not-so-new trend

The fashion industry has been trying to push the whole shoe-sock trend for so long but people were more scared and hesitant towards this idea. I personally don’t see lots of people wearing that in the streets. But what if we try it?

Big luxury brands like Fendi, Burberry, and Prada are fans of that combination, and we are too. Rihanna is a big enthusiast, as is Ariana Grande, Chanel's muse Rita Ora and also Kendall Jenner.

Get inspired.

Try.

You will like it trust me.

Why is it the ultimate accessory?

If you just want something to make your style different but very artistic this is the detail you need to have. You don’t believe me?

I know, many girls are scared to fall in that stereotype of German grandpa that wears socks with sandals at the beach. But trust me this is not how it looks like. Don’t think about what other people could think about your outfit. It’s your style and as long as you feel comfortable and choose your accessory with taste, nothing else matters.

Because yes, when well chosen, the sock can be the part most original part of your outfit! And personally I love them with sandals, perfect for mid-season...or keep it more cool just with sneakers.

One advice: always play it safe with the rest of your outfit and keep it simple and yet outstanding. Create a balance.

The beauty of this trend is that your socks can be any length, color and material, and can be paired with any type of shoe. Just avoid old-fashioned granny style socks and you’ll be fine.

Here are some inspirations.
